Founded in 1982 thanks to the foresight of Roberto Bonomo, B.C.D. Ice Cream s.r.l. is the result of passion and dedication to quality in the ice cream industry. After obtaining his diploma as a chemical expert, Roberto moved to Milan where he began his career working for two important confectionery companies specializing in the ice cream sector. Here he gained experience first as a worker, then in quality control, and finally as production manager.
With solid experience behind him, Roberto decided to found his own company, focusing on high-quality, competitive products. The eighties saw B.C.D. Ice Cream collaborate with a renowned ice cream machine manufacturer and participate as an exhibitor at the most important national and international trade fairs. These events allowed the company to acquire a global clientele that still forms the basis of our network of relationships today.
In the nineties, Roberto, together with his wife Graziana, decided to move the company from the Milan hinterland to lower Piedmont, with the aim of returning to more authentic roots and enhancing the connection with the territory. In 2017, daughter Veronica took the reins of the company, carrying forward her father's vision and further expanding B.C.D. Ice Cream's international footprint.
Under Veronica's guidance, the company has consolidated collaborations with long-standing clients and industry partners, expanding its presence in new markets and focusing on innovations that combine artisan tradition with technological innovation. Today, B.C.D. Ice Cream continues to stand out for the quality of its products and its constant commitment to meeting the needs of customers around the world, keeping alive the pioneering spirit of its founder.
